With the new albuma mode of rewardthe Munich band project
the tinopener's artgoes back to its roots of dark electronica. Thus, all tracks convey a dark, melancholic mood. The music itself shows a wide variety: the album contains quite different tracks from elegiac ballads and trip hop alike songs (dream of a subway, walk by, endless bridge, at the end of the road), via rough – sometimes even angry sounding – electro tracks (grey buildings, incubus phalanx, overtime), club-compatible tracks (call me, fall into your arms) up to the powerful opener (you live twice). Most of the album's lyrics deal with the dark and seductive side of eroticism. This covers a spectrum from subculture scene sketches to amour fou stories. The sometimes cryptic and surrealistic lyrics also deal with other topics, such as naive belief in progress or the alienation of persons. All in all,
